DYT Forge 'Discover Your Talents'
The King is dead.
Poisoned at his own banquet.
His passing shattered the fragile peace that once held the realm together. With the young prince away on diplomatic duties to distant lands, the not-so-noble Dukes of the neighboring houses now encircle the capital. They sneer at the untested heir, each convinced the throne rightfully belongs to them.
You are the Steward of Yew — not a ruler, but the final line of defense.
The city stands alone, hemmed in by politics, stocked with only modest supplies, and heavy with tension. The Dukes send messengers cloaked in courtesy, demanding resources, tribute, and loyalty.
Appease them, and you may buy precious time — but at the cost of your defenses.
Delay too long, and they will strike.
Uh oh.
The armies are amassing at the edge of the battle field and the letters of demand have just reached the gates.
What will you do?

🔁 How Each Game Turn Unfolds
-
Each Duke flips a card and deploys a unit to the field.
-
The card includes a resource demand—pay it, and you avoid their action. Ignore it, and you risk a damaging event unless luck and relationship status are on your side.
-
After you assess the threat, it’s your turn to act: move troops, construct buildings, train units, fortify the walls, or trigger special effects.
But there’s a catch:
Resources are painfully limited—and everything costs something.
Do you bribe a Duke to buy time?
Train reinforcements?
Or spend your last gold to pay for a shadow operation that could result in a devastating counterattack?
As the enemy closes in and supplies run dry, one question remains:
